Thanksgiving is for family, appreciating the blessings we have been given. I was fortunate enough to spend the holiday with my love’s wonderful family. While enjoying their company, I also got to explore a whole new city! I felt so at home. Boy do I love new adventures.
St. Louis is known for ‘the arch’ – otherwise known as the Gateway to the West. Here we traveled to the top of the monument, looking down at the most amazing view.
The Fudgery is a must see. Their sugary goodness is to die for.
In fact everything at Union Station is pretty darn cool.
If you’re looking for a calming mood and good food, make sure to visit Boathouse Forest Park. I recommend their pulled pork sandwich!
Looking for a fun time at the movies? Make sure to stop by one of the recliner theaters in St. Louis and/or NYC. Danger: you’ll never go back!
Participating in the start of all of holiday activities is just what my soul needed.
Photoshoots (duh, only bc Karen is awesome)
$20 Shopping Games
Don’t worry, we worked out too! Or at least I tried to keep up with KJP.
Oh and I got to see all of the planes on base! WOO
Here’s a little vid Kyle made of a couple of our days together in Illinois. We realized we should have shot more when we were actually dressed up. Whatever! This is us 🙂 Oh and the ending…. Yea we dressed up as ‘Vikings’ and did a lil’ photoshoot with his Madre. Now that’s what I call fun! he he
Be back soon! Only a week and a half left of school. I can do it!
